My therapeutic approach is very holistic in nature. I utilize a client-centered approach and I am here to walk beside you in achieving health, happiness, and overall well-being. I believe that sometimes, an individual may simply need someone to listen, without judgement, someone who is unbiased, and can assist you in working through life struggles.
Working together in a collaborative manner, we can explore what is negatively impacting you and/or the struggles you are are going through. We will set a realistic, achievable treatment plan, and create goals for you based on your life circumstances.
A goal of my own on our journey, is to help you heal, to feel freedom and peace from whatever it is that is affecting you - mentally and emotionally. Sometimes, the first step towards healing, is to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you and discussing your needs.
