I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in the West End, serving the entire Lower Mainland. I offer sessions at my downtown location (Yaletown), as well as 'trash-talk' sessions in Stanley park (cleaning nature and supporting our community) and regular Walk & Talk. I care for each person on a individual basis with unique challenges, environments and histories. I currently work with the Fraser Health Authority primarily with youth experiencing severe acute mental health conditions as well as their families. In private practice, I work with both young professionals, children, youth and parents.
In my practice, I take a balanced approach that brings together innovative ideas, grounded experience, and genuine curiosity. I see each client as a unique individual with their own set of challenges, and I work with people in a variety of settings—whether that’s outdoors, serving the community, in the office, or online.
I chose this path with the hope of serving individuals and families, doing work that I know can have incredible impact on and individuals well-being and a families stability.
