If needed, I work with a team of psychiatrists who can assist with diagnosis and medication management, including assessments for ADHD, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns. Direct billing to insurance is also available, ensuring a seamless process for your care.

My therapeutic approach is multidimensional, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques including Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, CBT, DBT, ACT, Hypnotherapy, and other modalities. In our initial sessions, we will take the time to explore the issues you're facing in depth, working together to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals.

As a mature individual who has experienced both the highs and lows of life, I deeply understand the struggles that many face—whether it's the loss of a loved one, difficulties with mood or behavior, family challenges, or the ups and downs of life in general.
