I have experience working with 12- 85+ on a range of challenges that are important to them. My work has been focused on trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Am skilled in supporting individuals through the court system, and am a certified First responder Counsellor, addressing the needs of both officers and civilian members. I have over 12 year experience working with First Nation members addressing historical traumas. I believe it’s important to find a therapy style that matches each person’s strengths and comfort level. I believe that developing a good relationship/rapport with my clients is essential to successful therapy.

To best match the needs of each person I see, I am skilled in EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, MI, EFT and Trauma informed modalities .
