I am a Registered Social Worker and EMDR trained Therapist. My clinical area of focus includes Trauma & Complex PTSD. Many people I’ve served, have lived experiences in the following: Childhood Abuse and Maltreatment, Intimate Partner Violence, Religious Trauma, Racialized Trauma, and/or Accidental Trauma. Whether you find yourself suffering from a single or complexity of adverse experiences, I am committed to supporting you along YOUR path in healing. I strive to make the individuals I support feel accepted and cared for, while we walk together.

My primary therapeutic modality includes the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which you can expect to be the foundation of our therapeutic work together. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work; Specializing in Clinical Therapeutic Practice. I am a Registered Social Worker with the BCCSW.

Through my firsthand experiences of being in the mountains, while on my own path of healing, I needed a mindset check. I was forced to dig DEEP in finding Self Compassion and Determination in seeking a Summit Within. To me, trauma-based counselling is mentally, much like a big hike.
