I am a Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). I work from a client-centred approach where I believe that the best therapeutic results come from a collaborative approach between client and therapist. I believe that my role is to provide a supportive safe space where your voice is heard and your goals take centre stage. My commitment is to help you not just cope, but to thrive. Together, we will create realistic goals and map out a unique path to achieve them. When the right therapeutic fit is found, you may be surprised at how quickly you begin to feel meaningful change.
I provide services to diverse groups in a variety of areas using evidence-based practices. However, my areas of expertise include Anxiety, Anger, ADHD, PTSD/Complex Trauma, and Eating Disorders. I often work with youths, teens, individual adults, and couples. I am also knowledgable of different cultures and provide services through a multicultural lens.
When searching for a psychologist, I understand both the importance and the difficulty of finding the right fit for your personal needs. To help make this search easier, I am happy to offer your first session at half price. If I am not the right fit, I am happy to provide additional referrals to help in your continued search.
