About
Just like flowers warmed by the morning sun, people with ADHD and Learning Disabilities bloom when a caring coach helps them fill in the gap between intelligence and performance. My passion is coaching people with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, MID and ASD to bloom in their daily lives! You have probably been told that you are very smart but need to work on your executive functioning skills, such as planning, organization, task initiation, time management, perseverance, attention, self control, and are searching now for that “one” Coach who will help you BLOOM!
One of my clients Rhea, had challenges getting organized, starting and finishing any task and controlling her emotions. Procrastination seemed to be a way of life. Sadly, no matter how hard she tried, or how much she wanted to change and adapt, Rhea just couldn’t bloom! Does this sound familiar? Are your actions meeting your goals and intentions?
As with Rhea, my methods are customized for each client. We will review the things that are working for you, and together we will build upon that foundation. I will be at your side every step of the way as your coach, mentor and friend. A blooming flower never procrastinates. Are you willing to talk to me? Don't procrastinate this time! JUST DO IT!
