I assist people aged 13 and up, address mood issues, relationship difficulties, life transitions, even those who are seeking personal growth, I’m here to help walk you through it. Additionally, I help those who are may be struggling with addictions, trauma, C-PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief and loss, attachment wounds, criminality, and religious, cult, or spiritual abuse. Together, we can explore the patterns and challenges in your life, helping you build understanding, resilience, and begin healing.
My tailor-fit approach uses evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with integrative techniques from Gestalt, Jungian, Narrative, Nondual, & Transpersonal approaches. I have training in Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with a focus on the preparation & integration.
I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel to struggle, because I have been there before. I’m wanting to remind you that help is available, and healing is possible.
