I offer online sessions exclusively through Strength Counselling Services. I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth—no matter where they are in life. I work with individuals aged 13 and up, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including mood-related concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal development. Whether you’re navigating addiction, trauma, C-PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief and loss, attachment wounds, criminality, or religious, cult, or spiritual abuse, you don’t have to face it alone.
My approach is tailor-fit for each person, drawing from many approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Non-dual, and Transpersonal psychotherapies, and more. I also hold specialized training in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, and provide preparation and integration.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life, building resilience and self-understanding in a safe, supportive space. I know how isolating it can feel because I’ve been there. You do not have to do this alone and I know reaching out takes courage, but I also know healing is possible.
