Relationships change—and sometimes end. Achievement doesn't necessarily bring fulfilment. As we grow older, what matters to us can change. You may be trying to build a life—or realizing the life you've built no longer fits. Sooner or later, all of us confront the fact that our time is finite. Not everything needs fixing. Not every difficult feeling needs a diagnosis. Sometimes the question is simply: How do I want to live the life I have?
I work with professionals, creatives, adults (18+), couples and families navigating career and life transitions, relationships, retirement, aging and end-of-life. I integrate psychotherapy and psychospiritual therapy, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Logotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, IFS and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
