Brown Counselling and Therapy Services is a team of qualified therapists who are passionate about working alongside you to provide the support to help you navigate through life's ups and downs. In our fast-paced culture, it can be difficult to focus on bettering our personal well-being, which is why I am dedicated to offering clients a safe and supportive space where they can openly explore the nature of their struggles. I offer fully bilingual virtual services to individuals, couples, and families. My sessions are offered virtually.
I work with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relational issues, and many more and I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to ensure that our work fits the clients' specific needs. Although therapy can feel daunting at first, I strongly believe that it can also be freeing and empowering. I'd love to help you achieve your goals!
