Brown Counselling and Therapy Services is a group of qualified therapists who are passionate about working alongside you to provide the tools to help you navigate though life's ups and downs. I have a passion for helping people overcome their struggles, and succeed in any - and every - aspect of their life. My goal is to ensure that each individual feels comfortable and supported throughout their therapeutic experience, while working collaboratively to heal, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
My main client focus is working with children, adolescents, and parents. I also see adults individually. In order to help my clients achieve their goals, I implement a variety of different therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I also work with clients who present with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorder, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating patterns. I believe that each individual has a unique set of strengths and is able to overcome any challenge with the appropriate support and strategies.
