My approach is to provide my clients with a safe and confidential space to meet their individual needs. Some of my therapeutic interests include anxiety and depression regulation, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, and stress. I care deeply about giving my clients a space to be seen and heard.
Some of my therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach to counselling and aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental virtual atmosphere. Virtual counselling can seem daunting, I'm here to make this process as simple as possible.
I want to support my clients by working collaboratively with you to support your individual needs. I look forward to having the opportunity to get to know you and help support you!
