I have extensive experience working with both youth and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction challenges, behavior challenges, emotion dysregulation and various other mental health struggles. In our work together, you will be supported through a compassionate, non-judgmental lens, where you are provided with supportive listening, validation, and somebody to bear witness for you in your experiences. We will work together as a team to identify barriers, build on strengths, and also help families gain insight and attunement for a holistic approach.
Very few families can say they are untouched by mental health, and mine is no different. My life experience combined with my professional experience working with individuals in a variety of settings has taught me that no one person is the same. As such, I use techniques from a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet every person where they are at.
I strive to build genuine connections with people and believe that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist.
