I use various treatment modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Brief Solution Focussed Therapy to help clients in their journey to discovering peace of mind. Clients leave my office feeling understood, supported, and hopeful. I offer daytime and evening appointments.
