I work with people who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, and the long-term impact of carrying too much for too long. Many of my clients are first responders, frontline workers, or those navigating high-pressure lives, people who are used to holding it all together, but are finding it harder to manage alone.
Our work begins by slowing down and making sense of what you’ve been carrying, the stress, the emotions, the survival strategies that may have once helped but now feel heavy or limiting. Together, we’ll look at what’s shaped you, what feels stuck, and what needs space to heal.
I draw from trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, integrating Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper self-understanding. This is not therapy as performance. There is room here for honesty, discomfort, and even humour.
I believe in creating a grounded, compassionate space where you can be real. Where complexity is welcome, and your story is held with respect. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or ready to untangle long-standing patterns, I offer a place to reconnect with yourself and begin building the resilience and clarity you’ve been searching for.
