Life can be very challenging and we all move up and down the continuum of well-being at different points. I am a Registered Social Worker and I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work. I have been practicing for 25 years and have worked in a variety of settings including children's mental health, education, and child welfare. In addition, my experience as a clinical supervisor is enhanced by certification in Advanced Clinical Supervision with Adler Graduate Professional School.
Each client is unique and brings into the therapeutic relationship their own valid perspective and experiences. Sometimes when we are overwhelmed we forget the resources and strengths that are innate to us. I provide a transparent but gentle approach. I offer a safe and empathic environment that cultivates a strong connection with my clients.
