Hi there! My name is Brooke, so nice to meet you! My experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma has sculpted my own warm, non-judgmental, validating, and connected approach. My sessions offer a space to be heard, connect, exchange ideas, shed tears, share laughter, and reflect on successes. I'm always so appreciative of people's vulnerability and strength and find this to be the most beautiful parts of my work.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and follow the ethical guidelines of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). My skills in counselling have been supported by my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and additional trainings.
