About
I am currently accepting new clients! I support children, youth, young adults and families who have experienced life adversities or are having difficulty with life transitions. Another branch of knowledge I have is supporting those with difficulties managing mood and emotional regulation. There are many things experienced in life that are difficult to cope and make peace with.
I will help to educate, support, and collaborate with you to ensure growth and development.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I can help you to understand your life experiences through collaboration and establishing trust with you. I aim to provide you with a strong therapeutic alliance; guiding you in the process of achieving your goals.
I would love to hear from you! I look forward to working alongside you on your journey. Send me an email and we can schedule a 15-minute free consultation.
