Through empathetic listening, evidence-based techniques, and collaborative support, I empower my clients to overcome challenges, foster self-awareness, and cultivate resilience.
My areas of clinical specialty include couples therapy, addictions, mental health, trauma, women's identity and midlife. I support clients struggling with anxiety, grief, perfectionism, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, life/work balance and frontline care worker stress/strain.
