Hi, my name is Bronwyn and I’m a senior counselling intern at Wildwood Therapy. I want to acknowledge that I live in Victoria on the unceded lands of the Lekwungen-speaking people. Whether you want to talk about stress, anxiety, depression, mood, OCD, ADHD, relationships, school/work life, identity, or something else, I’m here to help.

I offer low-cost feminist counselling to children, teens, adults, and seniors ages 10+ across B.C. I use a feminist and person-centered approach, which means that I believe you are the expert in your own life and experiences, and I also use interventions from Emotion-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
