Lighthouse Harbour Counselling offers that space through steadiness, warmth, and a light that stays on.
My approach is compassionate, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be fully human — able to bring their emotions, struggles, questions, and experiences into a space where they are met with care, understanding, and genuine support.
For some, talking is enough. For others, creative and therapeutic arts approaches offer a way to express what feels difficult to put into words.
