Are past experiences, anxiety, or shame holding you back? I provide a calm, supportive space where we can explore where you are and plan a way forward together. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR therapy and specialized work for complex trauma (or cPTSD). This can involve helping people who feel conflicted or at odds with different aspects/parts of themselves after difficult past experiences. I meet will meet you where you are and work hard to help you feel calmer, more connected, and confident. We will work together to process these experiences, manage anxiety and depression, and build resilience for your life.
I offer a collaborative approach to help you navigate the impacts of trauma, anxiety, or self-doubt. I stay current with the most effective methods to ensure you are accessing the best tools available. Currently, I provide EMDR therapy alongside other evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and complex-trauma interventions.
With 11 years of counselling experience, I have learned a great deal from the diverse populations I’ve supported. For those who specifically request it, I also offer faith-integrated counselling for Christians. That being said, I hold a respectful, non-judgmental stance where I attune to your values and strive to be a helpful partner in your march forward.
