I mostly use cognitive behaviour therapy to help clients explore how their current thoughts may be contributing to subsequent feelings and behaviours. I am currently working with adults.
My role as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space to share your present struggles, to rediscover your inner strengths and learn new coping skills. I will walk alongside as I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I believe in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship, one built on trust and a mutual understanding.
