Women's Embodied Integration Group
Monthly Integration Group held on Wednesday closest to the new moon. Nanaimo. A co-collaborated safe space to process experiences of non-ordinary states of consciousness - Experiential embodiment practices including but not limited to breath, mindfulness, visualization, intuitive movement, play, sounding, and ritual. Psychoeducational components, sacred sharing circle and art-making. Participants will complete a pre-screening session to ensure fit for group. Minimum 3-month commitment highly recommended.

Creating a Path to Serenity-Virtual Anxiety Group
Transforming Stress and Anxiety into Peace and Calm through Therapeutic Arts and Mindfulness! A six-week virtual group (March 16 to April 20) supporting individuals struggling with anxiety and stress by providing tangible tools and resources to grow a sense of inner peace. The group aims to support clients in developing self discovery and have a shared experience that leads to a deepening of wisdom and connection. The total cost is $240 for six, two hour sessions.
