Women's Embodied Integration Group
Held on Wednesday closest to the new moon. Nanaimo. A co-collaborated safe space to process experiences of non-ordinary states of consciousness - Experiential embodiment practices including but not limited to breath, mindfulness, visualization, intuitive movement, play, sounding, and ritual. Psychoeducational components, sacred sharing circle and art-making. Participants will complete a pre-screening session to ensure fit for group. Minimum 3-month commitment highly recommended.
3-Part Women's Shadow-Play Series
"Until we make the unconscious conscious, it will rule our life and we will call it fate" - Carl Jung. By becoming conscious of our patterns, we can learn to be in right relationship with them, gaining self-trust & personal sovereignty, rather than at the mercy of unconscious automatic emotional eruptions. Collaborative, community-building space for playful therapeutic support & skill building (shadow integration doesn't have to be work - we can play, consolidating long-term through whole-brain engagement). Experiential embodiment practices: breath, mindfulness, visualization, intuitive movement, sounding, ritual++. Psychoeducation, sharing circle, art-making. Pre-screening required. Dec 1, 8, 15
