If you are looking to overcome past traumas or adverse experiences; to manage symptoms related to post-traumatic stress, bipolar disorders, or body-focused repetitive behaviours, I believe my training and experience can help. We all have the strengths needed to overcome experiences in our lives, and change our beliefs, and as a Registered Psychologist, I feel that I can help you access those strengths.

I am a Registered Psychologist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and training coach. I also work with the College of Alberta Psychologist's on the Oral Examination Board, am President Elect for the Canadian Federation of Clinical Hypnosis (CFCH), and work for Strathcona County Family and Community Services providing Walk-In Counselling.

I take an integrative approach to counselling in addressing both the mind and the body in therapy through a variety of approaches, including EMDR, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and CBT. It is easy to book with me through online booking with Power Psychology & Associates.
