We take a warm, non-judgmental, collaborative & strengths-based approach to help you tap into your inner resources & ultimately help you become the best version of yourself!
We provide individual, couples & family therapy to children (5+), youth & adults over the PHONE or through VIDEO throughout Ontario. Our team of professional therapists have a wide variety of specialties & interventions, like EMDR. We are available for daytime, evening & weekend appointments. We have immediate availability, including next day appointments.
The cost of services may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement through your extended health benefit plan.
