Hello - I'm so glad you're here. I meet my clients where they are when the arrive in the counselling space, providing safety, support, and understanding. As a highly relational therapist, I use humour and connection to make you feel at ease. Recognizing that each client has unique goals, I work collaboratively with you to tailor our work to be the most effective.
I am a queer Registered Social Worker, with lived understanding of substance use and recovery. I have ample experience supporting folx through life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and a passion for neurodivergence, 2SLGBTQ+ families, and couples.
While addressing initial concerns and focusing on long-term personal growth, I help people who lean into maladaptive coping methods find understanding for their patterning, and then work towards more adaptive ways of being. I am able to motivate those who feel stuck or unmotivated! By recognizing the impacts of experiences, we explore depths to find healing.
