It is rare to find a space to discuss sex, never mind seeking support around sexual concerns. I began pursuing sex therapy as a means to create space to talk without worry about judgement or being blamed/shamed.

I ground my work in emotion-focused, internal family systems, and trauma-informed somatic care that allows us to slow down and feel the emotions we often ignore in our fast-paced society.
