I specialize in assisting children, adolescents, and adults who may find it challenging to navigate the complexities of our modern world. In an age marked by seemingly boundless connectivity, many individuals and families often experience heightened feelings of isolation. I firmly believe in the universal longing for a nurturing community, a village of support ready to provide care and assistance when required. It is my aim to be that extra form of support. I am here to help individuals and families navigate the more difficult hurdles and to find ways to work towards creating more peaceful authentic, and connected lives.
I have extensive experience partnering with families to treat children struggling with emotional distress, anxiety, depression and loss. I work with young people and family systems to build skills, understanding, and connections that support healing. I believe that we are stronger together and my goal is to support your family in achieving your goals.
I am currently accepting clients for virtual or in-person sessions. Please reach out to me so we can discuss what your needs are and whether I might be the right fit for you. I am deeply committed to building strong, healing relationships and I look forward to learning how I can help you.
