I have worked extensively with vulnerable youth, including individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioural concerns, and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. My clinical focus includes adolescent mental health, family systems, anxiety and stress management, and other mood concerns. I offer a strengths-based, relational approach that empowers youth and families to build resilience and create meaningful change. I aim to accomplish this by integrating an eclectic array of practice frameworks. I also work with individuals to achieve personal goals to create a life worth living.
I am currently a full-time Social Worker at my local, small town hospital, as well as a mother of a 1 and a half year old. I am passionate about working with youth and their families by fostering a safe space for healing, connection, and growth through my practice.
