Now welcoming new clients (offering in person, virtual, evening/ weekends, pay what you can & sliding scale options). We prioritize a compassionate, judgment free space. We offer a client-centred, trauma-focused & attachment-based approach to supporting mental and relational health. We believe that we all come to therapy with complex experiences that often connect and impact us, therefore, our approach will always honour your story and how the parts of it weave together. Britt has gained experience supporting individuals & families over the last 10 years working in the social services field. Britt also provides some supervision.

We welcome clients of all ages. Britt works with relationships, attachment, self-worth, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, body-image, perfectionism, anxiety and those who are processing adverse, difficult or traumatic experiences. She has trained in and tends to use EMDR, narrative therapy, EFT, DBT and compassion focused therapy in her work.
My team is welcoming new clients in person in Hamilton on Ottawa St. or virtually (Ontario). We are also accepting clients for pay what you can (PWYC) intern-led therapy. Interns are directly supervised by Brittani. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I offer 10 minute free phone consultations and I am also available via email anytime.
