I am a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) based in Moose Jaw, SK., and I am here to support you on your journey. I offer assessment and therapy from a trauma-informed, evidence-based, queer/gender-affirming, and anti-oppressive perspective, embracing individuals of all backgrounds and relationship styles. My approach is rooted in genuine care and unconditional positive regard for my clients. I have experience primarily working with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, grief, emotional regulation, and identity exploration, among others.
In the therapeutic process, you and I are equal partners, and I believe that each person is the expert on themselves. Together, we will identify your values, beliefs, and skills to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. My hope is for you to feel deeply validated and to cultivate self-compassion and self-efficacy.
Whether you're looking for a compassionate ear or seeking specific strategies, tools, and insights to tackle your challenges, I am here to provide a safe and welcoming space. Whatever you're going through, you are not alone, and you are always welcome here.
Although I am provisional, I am fully accepted by insurance companies who cover psychology services.
