Many people come to therapy carrying something heavy — grief after a profound loss, the strain of parenting, questions around identity, or the quiet unraveling that can come with major life transitions. You don’t have to carry this alone.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where emotions are welcome and your experience is honoured. My work centres grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, gender, sex and sexuality, pregnancy and postpartum. I approach therapy through an anti-oppressive lens, supporting you to understand what you’re carrying and to find steadier, more compassionate ways of coping.
I support adults through grief and loss, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, offering a warm space to understand what you’re carrying and to find steadier ways of coping.
For those seeking embodied and communal support beyond the therapy room, I also facilitate nature-based grief retreats . Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) referrals are welcome with direct billing through Medavie Blue Cross. Eligible Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) available.

Embracing Grief: A Nature Retreat
Embracing Grief: A Weekend Nature Retreat is a small, gently held retreat for adults living with the loss of a loved one. This weekend offers space to slow down, rest, and be accompanied in grief without pressure to fix, heal, or move forward. Through quiet group connection, time in nature, and guided reflection, participants are invited to make room for what is already here. Participation is always optional, and there is space for both shared experience and solitude. This retreat centres care, presence, and being held with respect.
