I am a trauma therapist that practices Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), as well as other therapeutic styles. When we experience trauma, our brains can become caught in patterns that make the trauma seem all too present. EMDR stimulates your brain to be able to process the events. The result is that you are able to move on.
