I believe that my clients are the experts in themselves and what will work best for them. For that reason, I offer my clients a range of therapeutic modalities through an integrative therapeutic approach using evidence based practices. I believe in engaging and empowering my clients at all stages of the therapeutic process. I see myself as a guide along your path to wellness, offering you tools to support your journey.
Life circumstances and experiences can lead us to develop coping strategies which can get in the way of achieving our goals or living the kind of life we would wish for ourselves. I provide my clients with a safe, welcoming and empathetic space where coping strategies that aren’t working can be explored and new strategies can be developed and implemented.
I believe that everyone deserves affordable and accessible counselling. If the standard rate is not affordable for you, please talk to me about what reduced rate appointment spots may be available. Please note that due to high demand for lower rate spots, you may be placed on a wait list until a spot becomes available.
