About
Accepting new clients January 2023- I am dedicated to creating a safe, and welcoming space for my clients. I specialize in attachment, emotion regulation, trauma, burnout and family dynamics. I hope to help clients curate self-compassion, deep connections and a greater levels of self-awareness. I also love to assist parents by teaching parents how to “emotion coach” their children. Through emotion coaching, parents are able to connect with their children, and help children learn how to take charge of their big emotions. I help parents know what to say for those moments when nothing seems to work!
I also love to help parents tackle their own emotional woundings, which can often be rooted in past experiences and the ways that we were parented. There can be a lot of parent guilt to unpack and I hope parents can walk away from their work with me feeling empowered. The past two years of the pandemic have been particularly draining for parents.
I have a special interest in working with therapists who are new to the field whether that be through psychotherapy or supervision (for RPQ). Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation if you feel as though we may be a good fit. Reaching out can be one of the most difficult parts of the therapeutic process. You're already taking steps towards health
