My ideal client is an adult beginning to understand how ADHD and/or autism shapes every part of their life—work, relationships, identity, energy, emotions, and self-worth. They may be newly diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning long-held assumptions about themselves. Often, they’re unlearning neurotypical expectations and carrying years of shame, burnout, or self-blame. They may struggle with executive functioning, sensory overload, communication differences, or feeling “too much” or “not enough,” and want support that helps them understand how they work—without being pathologized.
With specialized training, and lived experience, I support clients in making sense of their neurodivergent identity through a neuro-affirming lens. Together, we explore how ADHD and/or autism shows up across their life, untangle internalized shame, and build ways of living that are sustainable, values-aligned, and actually work for them.
I know firsthand how disorienting—and relieving—it can be to realize you were never broken, just unsupported. You don’t have to navigate this process alone. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, unlearn harmful norms, and build a life that fits you, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
