I help clients connect with their present-moment experience through mindfulness-based approaches. My orientation is trauma-informed and psychodynamic, as I seek to provide you with the room you need to explore how your past may be impacting, or even overwhelming your present. I am EMDR-trained.
I often tell clients that the longest distance in the universe lies between one’s head and one’s heart. As we work to bridge that divide, our capacity for growth deepens, along with our relationships and a capacity to relate to our experiences with curiosity and compassion.
