I draw on the commonalities that exist between counselling approaches, and am aligned with anti-oppression perspectives. Through a combination of deeply introspective, pragmatic, and somatic practices, I help clients find greater self-compassion, security in their relationships, and grow towards deeper purpose and fulfillment in their lives. I'm a good fit for working through issues related to queerness, addiction, loss, shame, or physical health. If you have little or no coverage, please don't hesitate to inquire about my sliding scale.

Beyond counselling, I have been a meditation facilitator, personal trainer and coach. If you have struggled with "diet and exercise" (potentially unhelpful terms!), I am a great candidate to help you find kinder, more sustaining motivations in approaching questions about your health. I work from IFS, narrative, feminist, and somatic perspectives primarily.
I have a PhD in social anthropology and always aim to contextualize people's struggles within social and cultural forces. Therefore, I am well suited to those of diverse and non-normative backgrounds. I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ communities; folks of various marginalized identities; and with people affected by systemic trauma.
