I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Clinical Social Work degree from UBC. After graduating with Honours from the UBCO Bachelor of Social Work program, I worked in the field of social work and counselling for over 23 years in BC and Nunavut. I've always had a natural interest in people's stories and understanding humanity. I have formal training in Mindfulness & Meditation, Motivation Interviewing, Trauma Informed Practice, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Research & Evidence Based Practice.
