Focused on women’s mental health and well-being at every stage of life. Women experience various challenges, changes and are in numerous roles that influence or impact mental health and well-being. I support women’s mental health by addressing concerns related to life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship issues and self-esteem. As a therapist and registered social worker, I will partner with you to explore your past, focus on the present, and set goals for the future. I can help you to improve mental health, feel stronger, or move towards simply feeling better.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Strengths Based Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I am a Certified Menopause Mental Health Provider and can support individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Reaching out and sharing with a therapist takes courage. I aim to honor this in my practice by providing a safe, non-judgemental space to build a therapeutic relationship. My practice is person-centered, rooted in the belief that every individual has strengths and is the expert on their life. If you feel I may be a good fit, please reach out for a consult.
