I believe that symptoms of mental health, addiction and behavioral problems may have some biological origins but are most often coming from well-meaning protector parts of us that are functioning to help us prevent or disconnect from our pain. In my non-pathologizing approach, I help you find your authentic Self and help you get to the bottom of the issue instead of merely focusing on the symptoms.
