Are you feeling stuck in life? Do you feel isolated? Are you having difficulty moving forward after a painful loss or life change? Are you looking for ways to better manage your emotions? It is my belief that our unique life experiences require a personalized approach to help us reach our goals in the face of pain. One size does not fit all. Sessions with me are experiential in nature, with a focus on developing present moment awareness of one’s inner and outer world. Through the cultivation of mindfulness and other skills, I aim to help individuals harness that self knowledge to find ways to engage in values-based living.
I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating life with anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, ongoing dilemmas, grief and/or chronic illness. I operate with a person-centered, anti-oppressive, trans-diagnostic, and trauma-informed lens.
Life can present us all with painful moments and challenges that can feel overwhelming. Navigating these issues without support can feel daunting, and asking for support can often feel just as hard. However, if you reach out, I'm hopeful that we can explore your needs and identify a path forward towards a life of purpose and meaning.
