Transforming emotional wounds from grief and loss is a whole-being journey. I have nearly 2 decades of direct practice experience and a wealth of training to support you at this point along your path.
I am currently accepting people interested in Induced After Death Communication (IADC). IADC is a specialized EMDR process that works to loosen the weight of sadness making space for the possibility of meaningful connection with the being you mourn. This highly unique and effective short term therapy for grief is available to anyone in Ontario, and can be delivered in person or virtually.
A meaningful and authentic relationship is a foundation for healing. I am dedicated to decolonizing my practice, which means I use a wholistic, mind-body-emotion-spiritual approach that looks different for every person. IADC opens the possibility for communication with the spirit world, and I am honoured to offer this unique service.
Sometimes people are nervous about therapy. I get it. I will strive to make this an empowering and collaborative experience. I am well equipped and prepared to join you in your healing journey. Transforming Soul Wounds is my passion. I also study, teach, conduct research, and support clinicians and organizations in exploring settler-Canadian Soul Wounds.
