About
During Covid-19, you can consider a few sessions to help navigate Covid -19, ask about parenting concerns, build resilience or help with anxiety or depression. I am passionate about parent-child relationships and adult well-being. Questions around brain development, parenting approaches, or your child's unique needs, are welcome. I also work with adults of all ages using goal oriented approaches regarding concerns around relationships, anxiety, depression and other life challenges.
My unique journey includes classroom teaching, facilitating parent-child groups (birth to age 6) and social work. My lived experience as a parent with an understanding of ADHD and Aspergers brings an empathetic approach to counseling. Training in various play modalities, grief, restorative practices, allows for an individualized approach for each client.
My free complementary 15 minute phone consult and accessible rates help to ease the sometimes difficult first step of reaching out.
