Life is a journey with many ups and downs and sometimes we may feel like we are in a place where we are stuck and feel alone. Sometimes we may just need support in a big decision that we are facing. It can be an extremely difficult place to be when we feel vulnerable and need to reach out for help. Whether you are dealing with the overwhelming stressors and pressures of daily life, parenting or relationship challenges, grief or loss of someone important, or perhaps worried about your your child,I can be there to support and navigate you or your child through this part of your journey in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
My passion is supporting all ages from toddlers to adults, including parents through a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion and safety. I've spent years working with prospective adoptive parents, adoptive children and their families, as well as children, youth and families who have experienced grief, loss and trauma.
My role is to support children and their parents, as well as individuals along their journey and guide them towards where they want to be in life based on the goals they have set. I believe in the resiliency of each client, and want to provide a space to move them towards more preferred functioning and towards healthy connections with yourself and others.
