For over 20 years, I have been working with children, youth and adults as they navigate a variety of relational difficulties. I offer individual, family and couples therapy. I am often working with individuals or dyads who are feeling disconnected, in conflict and stuck in patterns of relationships. My focus has been in utilizing your strengths to develop more positive ways to engage with those in your life, empathically supporting insight to recurring patterns and finding successful strategies to managing stress and conflicts. I weave knowledge of neuropsychology into my work.
I have extensive experience with a variety of modalities in attachment focused interventions, trauma, relational conflict, EMDR, CBT, body based interventions, IFS, family therapy, and couples therapy using attachment based interventions. I offer supervision/consultation to social workers.
