Are you or your relationship struggling with infertility, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum, PPD or parenting? This stage of life can feel like a cruel joke nobody warned you about. If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking “this isn’t what I signed up for” while hiding out for a few minutes of peace, I get it. As a therapist and a mom who’s struggled to get here, I know how isolating it can be. I offer a space to drop the mask, say the things you feel guilty for thinking, and find support through the messy, human reality of it all. Let’s face the stuff nobody warned you about together. No filters. No judgment. Just support.
I work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, focusing on reproductive and perinatal experiences. As a mom who’s experienced loss, HG, pregnancy after loss, and birth & NICU trauma, I get how intense and isolating this time can feel. Therapy is collaborative, you guide the process, and together we figure out what helps you survive the chaos
